RETREAT DATES: Thursday, March 20 to Sunday, March 23, 2025
CROP ROOM HOURS: Thursday, March 20, 12 pm through Sunday, March 23, 3 pm.
The crop room will be open from 8 am - 1 am Friday and Saturday.

Rooms: $85 Double Queen per night + taxes
$95 King per night + taxes
The hotel cost is separate from the retreat fee.
You will need to call the hotel to reserve your room.
Let them know you're with the SO scrappy group to get the group rate: Double Queen/Studio King will be $80 plus tax and Standard King will be $90 plus tax.
A non-refundable - non-transferable $50 Deposit is due at Registration to guarantee your spot. A $50 deposit is required for each block if you're planning to attend both. Full Registration Fees are due January 15, 2025 (a $25 late fee will be added after January 15th.) Seats not paid in full by January 31, 2025, will be resold. Availability is not guaranteed after that date.

*Snack Table: In addition to all the snacks attendees will bring there will be 2 Keurigs (with a limited supply of pods so be sure to bring your favorite to share) and an unlimited supply of ice and water.
*Community Service Project: Info will be shared in the Event Facebook Group.

PLEASE NOTE: No meals are provided as there are a host of options in Branson for your individual choosing. No alcohol, drinking, smoking, or vaping in the conference room. You must read our Retreat / Event Policies. By submitting this form you agree that you have read and understand them.
We will add you to the Retreat Facebook Group Page when you register. Please accept friend request from Sheri Tate and invitation to join group page. As always, only those who are registered for this retreat will be accepted as members. All communications regarding the crops will be through this Facebook Group, so be sure you accept your invitation upon receipt. If you are not on Facebook we will email information to you.
Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, smoking or vaping is allowed in the crop room.
