2024 Summer SO scrappy Branson Retreat

2024 Summer Retreat – Branson, MO

• Block A: Saturday, July 27 - Tuesday, July 30
• Block B: Thursday, August 1 - Sunday, August 4
• You’re welcome to attend either Block or both.

CROP HOURS:   Due to Vendors on site and liability issues – we will have set Crop Room Hours.  Doors will be locked outside of these hours. 

                        Day 1 – Noon to 1 am

                        Day 2 – 8 am to 1 am

                        Day 3 – 8 am to 1 am

                        Day 4 – 8 am to 3 pm

Double Queen/Studio King will be $86 plus tax.  Standard King will be $96 plus tax.

RETREAT FEE:     $150 per seat per Block

• A non-refundable - non-transferable $50 Deposit is due at Registration to guarantee your spot.
• A $50 deposit is required for each block if you're planning to attend both. 
• Full Registration Fees are due June 15, 2024 (a $25 late fee will be added after this date.)
• Seats not paid in full by June 15 will be resold.
• Availability is not guaranteed after that date.  

INCLUDED IN YOUR RETREAT FEE:

• Your own 6 ft. table with electricity! - 6 & 8 person pods
• Welcome Gift!
• Prizes, Prizes, Prizes!!  
• Vendors - ON SITE!! (SO scrappy store; Close to My Heart; and others)
• Scrapbooks Forever in Branson will offer in-store Make and Takes, discounts, and prize drawings.  
• Onsite Masseuse (additional fee)
• Snack Table - In addition to all the snacks attendees will bring, there will be 2 Keurigs (with a limited supply of pods - be sure to bring your favorite to share!) and an unlimited supply of ice and water.  
• Community Service Project - more info in the Facebook Group to come.

PLEASE NOTE:  No meals are provided as there are a host of options in Branson for your individual choosing.

We will add you to the 2024 Summer SO scrappy Retreat Facebook Group Page when you register.  As always, only those who are registered with deposit paid will be accepted as members.  All communications regarding the crops will be through this Facebook Group, so be sure you accept your invitation upon receipt.

• If payment is not received by June 15, 2024, your seat will be offered to the first person on our waiting list.
• You will receive a reminder of payment due prior to June 1, 2024.
