RETREAT DATES:   Thursday, August 13, 2026 to Sunday, August 16, 2026

CROP ROOM HOURS:  Thursday, August 13 - 10 am - 9 pm

                                       Friday, August 14 -  9 am - 9 pm

                                       Saturday, August 15  -  9 am - 9 pm

                                       Sunday, August 16  -  9 am - 3 pm

Rooms:  Double Queen Room $100 + taxes

 Includes hot breakfast.  Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer in room

 May book through August 1st before rooms released to public.  2 mile drive to event center. Call LaQuinta directly and ask for SO scrappy block.

RETREAT FEE:  

 * A non-refundable/non-transferable $50 Deposit is required at sign up.  Full Payment due by July 1st. A $25 late fee will be charged after July 1st. Seats not paid in full by July 8th will be offered to those on the wait list.

We will add you to the Retreat Facebook Group Page when you register as soon as it is created.  Please accept friend request from Sheri Tate and invitation to join group.  As always, only those who are registered will be accepted as members.  All communications regarding the crops will be through this Facebook Group, so be sure you accept your invitation upon receipt.  If not on Facebook, notifications will be sent via email.
