RETREAT DATES:
Thursday, October 15th, 12 pm to Sunday, October 18th, 3 pm
CROP ROOM HOURS:
Doors open Thursday, October 15th at 12 pm and close at 1 am.
Friday & Saturday the crop room will be open from 8 am - 1 am.
Sunday hours are 8 am - 3 pm. The retreat ends at 3 pm (We must all be loaded and out of the room by 3 pm).
Doors will be locked outside of these hours.

The hotel cost is separate from the retreat fee.
You will need to call the hotel to reserve your room.
Let them know you're with the SO scrappy group to get the group rate: Double Queen/Studio King will be $90 plus tax and Standard King will be $100 plus tax.
A non-refundable - non-transferable $50 Deposit is due at Registration to guarantee your spot. Full Registration Fees are due August 31, 2026 (a $25 late fee will be added after September 1, 2026.) Seats not paid in full by September 1st will be offered to those on the waiting list. Availability is not guaranteed after that date.

*Snack Table: In addition to all the snacks attendees will bring there will be 2 Keurig coffee makers (with a limited supply of pods so be sure to bring your favorite to share) and an unlimited supply of ice, iced tea and water.
*Community Service Project: Info will be shared in the Event Facebook Group.

PLEASE NOTE: No meals are provided as there are a host of options in Branson for your individual choosing. No alcohol, drinking, smoking, or vaping in the conference room. You must read our Retreat / Event Policies. By submitting this form you agree that you have read and understand them.
The SO scrappy Retreat Facebook Group Page will be set up prior to the event and we will add you after you've registered. As always, only those who are registered with deposit paid will be accepted as members. All communications regarding the retreat will be through this Facebook Group, so be sure you accept your invitation upon receipt and turn on ALL notifications for the group.We will add you to the Retreat Facebook Group Page when it is created after you register. Please accept friend request from Sheri Tate and then invitation to page. As always, only those who are registered will be accepted as members. All communications regarding the crops will be through this Facebook Group, so be sure you accept your invitation upon receipt. If you are not on Facebook you will receive email updates. Please indicate when completing the email registration you prefer email updates.
Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, smoking or vaping is allowed in the crop room. Please NO children under the age of 13 in the crop room as some conversations may not be appropriate for young ears.
